About Emily
Summit Grant Strategies Co-Founder and Senior Grant Writer
Emily's post graduate coursework is geared towards Non-Profit management and evaluation. Since graduating, she has served on the board of a local non-profit and led their grant writing endeavors starting in 2018, bringing them from a place of receiving 0% grant funding to receiving multiple grants from family foundations, state and government contracts, and in 2021 this nonprofit achieved 30% of their revenue from grants. Emily is passionate about helping small non-profits grow, and in line with
her passion she takes on one pro-bono client each year. She currently serves on the board of a
non-profit NGO in Honduras.
